Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the Ghostware website at https://ghostware.space/ (the “Site”) and constitute an agreement between the Site Administration (“Administration”) and the Site user (“User”).

By using the Site, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Site — the Ghostware web resource, including the account dashboard, product catalog, and downloads section.
• Product (Auxiliary Application) — software (including DMA solutions and the loader) intended for use on the User’s computer.
• User — a person who has registered on the Site and/or uses the Site and Products.
• Profile — the account dashboard section with account data, subscriptions, and settings.
• License key — a unique code granting access to a Product under the selected plan.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Administration provides the User with access to the Site, registration, subscription purchases, license management, and software downloads. Use of the Site and Products is only permitted under these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with the Terms, you must stop using the Site and Products.

3. Registration and Account

• To access Site features, the User creates an account with accurate information.
• The User is responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all actions performed under their account.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties is prohibited.

4. Product License

• The User receives a non-exclusive right to use the Product within the purchased subscription period.
• Distribution, resale, decompilation, reverse engineering, and modification of the Product are prohibited.
• The Product is bound to the User’s device (HWID). Hardware changes may require a reset under Site rules.
• Violation of these terms may result in subscription suspension without refund.

5. Liability

The User assumes all risks associated with using auxiliary applications. The Administration is not liable for game account bans, third-party sanctions, or other consequences of Product use.

The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site or Products and may suspend them for updates and maintenance.

6. Changes to the Terms

The Administration may amend this Agreement at any time. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
