Payment & Delivery
The Ghostware website (https://ghostware.space/) sells digital products — software licenses and DMA solution subscriptions.
1. Payment Methods
Payment is made by topping up the account balance in the dashboard. Available methods:
- Bank card (Visa, MasterCard, MIR) — via YooKassa.
- YuMoney — via YooKassa.
- Cryptocurrency (USDT, TON, BTC, etc.) — via Crypto Bot in Telegram.
After successful payment, funds are credited to the balance automatically (usually within a few minutes). The User can then purchase the selected plan in the catalog.

2. Product Delivery
Ghostware provides digital goods. Physical delivery is not performed.
- The license key appears in the dashboard under Subscriptions immediately after a successful purchase.
- Loader and related file downloads are available under Downloads when an active subscription exists.
- The key is bound to the device (HWID) on first Product launch.
3. Delivery Time
Keys and download access are issued automatically when the balance is debited successfully. In case of technical failures, delivery may be delayed until the issue is resolved.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided when the Administration cannot fulfill its obligations (invalid key, inability to provide Product access due to service fault).
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
- game account ban or in-game sanctions;
- Product detection by anti-cheat systems;
- purchase of the wrong product or plan by User error;
- PC specifications not meeting Product requirements;
- temporary Product downtime for technical reasons;
- User refusal to provide remote access for diagnostics when contacting support.
Compensation in exceptional cases is at the Administration’s discretion.
